1st Choice Alliance LLC provides information and appointments for health insurance, tax preparation, and immigration form help. Submitting a form asks the office to contact you. It does not enroll you in a plan, file a return, or file a government form by itself.

We are not a law firm. Immigration help on this site is form preparation with an agent. Health insurance help does not include taking a premium payment on this website.

The client portal shows your own file when your email matches it. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not send a Social Security number, card number, or bank account through the portal message box.
